The hotel has five lavish banquet halls for corporate conferences and parties. Prism on the first floor can accommodate up to 1,200 persons, while the other halls and rooms can accommodate from 25 to 500 persons.

The hotel houses 70 rooms and suites of which 1 is a Suite called The Pearl, 15 are Junior Suites and 54 are Executive rooms. All the rooms are tastefully decorated with in-room facilities like a telephone, cable television, tea/coffee maker and mini bar. For a room with a view, the Executive floor offers rooms and suites overlooking the Victoria Memorial and Kolkata skyline.

Blue & Beyond located on the hotel’s ninth floor is a multi-cuisine restaurant where guests can enjoy their meals. A thematic restaurant, it includes Terrace and the High Spirits bar.
